A celebration will be held at Tamina Park for a state historical marker dedication honoring the Tamina Freedom Colony. The marker celebrates the history of formerly enslaved people who settled in South Montgomery County after the Civil War, according to a news release from Montgomery County Historical Commission.Glow and Go 5K
