49th Arbor Day Tree Giveaway

Participants in one of The Woodlands’ longest-standing traditions can obtain trees to plant in their own yards, in community open space reserves and in area forest preserves.

Lunar New Year Celebration and Parades

Attendees can experience The Woodlands Children’s Museum transformed in traditional colors and decorations for the Lunar New Year event while experiencing various fun activities and art projects in addition to Houston Lion Kings parades.

Taste of the Town


The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce annual Taste of the Town event will feature samples from local area cuisine. Guests can sample appetizers, entrees, desserts, pastries and drinks from over 40 of the area's restaurants, caterers, bakeries and beverage companies.Pasaporte Hispano

Montgomery County Food Bank’s Annual Gala

The gala offers an opportunity to support local families, children and seniors facing hunger. Every dollar raised provides up to four meals for those in need in Montgomery County.

Community tree planting


Participants can help reforest greenspace at the 11th annual community tree planting event.  Township staff and volunteers will work together to help reforest recently cleared areas of pines in the space between The Lodge and the pond at Rob Fleming Park. Staff have removed non-native vines and vegetation from multiple areas throughout the park to be replanted with native trees and shrubs to create habitat for pollinators and native wildlife. 'The Little Mermaid'

2025 Rotary Evening of Elegance Gala

Crush Rush 5K

The chip-timed 5K course will wind throughout The Woodlands Waterway with a scenic route. The 5K race is open to runners of all abilities and recommended for participants ages 10 and older. Runners are encouraged to dress in their best Valentine's Day-themed attire.College Admissions Workshop


The Woodlands Christian Academy is holding a workshop at the Micah Building which is open to the public for parents to learn about the college admissions process. Parents of all ages are welcome and a Q&A with college representatives will be held after the session.
