The Woodlands Township holds its annual Patriot Day of Remembrance at the Central Fire Station to honor those who lost their lives during the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11.

The Patriot Day of Remembrance includes:
  • A presentation of colors by The Woodlands Fire Department Honor Guard
  • Reading of the Fireman's Prayer
  • Ringing of the bell in honor of fallen firefighters

The event takes place at the Central Fire Station, 9951 Grogans Mill Road, The Woodlands, from 7:30-8 a.m., and limited parking is available at the Central Fire Station, according to a news release from the township.
