The cost
Funded by the district’s $494.46 million bond—approved by voters in November 2021—the lights will be installed along FM 2920 and Mueschke Road, according to Sept. 10 meeting documents.
According to meeting documents, the project details include:
- $169,250 spent to install the FM 2920 light, which will be located near the Tomball Innovation Center, by Nov. 30
- $358,800 slated for completing the Mueschke Road light by March 3
- $10,000 per month to rent traffic signal equipment, if needed
