Midnight Cravingz is operating a temporary pop-up shop in Spring, which is only open Fridays and Saturdays from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m.

The dessert shop specializes in late-night gourmet cookie and ice cream combinations, such as The Classic, a chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream; the Lost in Lotus, a sugar cookie topped with Biscoff Butter and Lotus Cookie crumbles served with vanilla ice cream and caramel syrup; and the Dark Night, a double chocolate cookie topped with Nutella and Oreos served with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup.

Owner Yousif El-samman, and partners Yaser El-samman and Abdulrahman Mostafa, said they intend to open a brick-and-mortar location in the near future.
