Fielding’s Wood Grill offers a spin on its milkshakes by combining alcohol and housemade gelato in a variety of options for customers.

Cary Attar, owner of Fielding’s Wood Grill, said the most popular alcoholic milkshake on the menu is the $9 bourbon caramel milkshake, which is made with Buffalo Trace Kentucky bourbon, toffee, gelato and handspun to order.

“Another popular one is the Oreo s’mores milkshake and the horchata milkshake is also amazing,” Attar said.

Attar said the restaurant offers a variety of signature cocktails, wines and craft beers. Happy hour is offered Monday through Friday from 3-7 p.m.

Attar said the unique options that are found at Fielding’s Wood Grill are what have made the restaurant successful.

“[We’re] coming up on five years, and five years in the restaurant businesses is a long time,” he said. “I think people really get the food here; they understand it. It’s kind of like Cheers.”
