Mi Rancho Mexican Grill & Bar in Shenandoah is home to fajitas, a variety of enchiladas and an appetizer that is a customer favorite, Nachos Especiales.

Nachos are $6.95 for a half order and $9.95 for a full order. The dish features large corn tortilla chips with beef or chicken fajita meat, beans, cheese, guacamole, jalapenos, lettuce and tomatoes.

General Manager Jaime Lozano said the Nachos Especiales is the most popular nachos dish on the appetizer menu at Mi Rancho.

“We’re famous for our fajitas, our enchiladas and our nachos,” Lozano said.

Aside from appetizers, the restaurant offers seafood dishes, enchiladas, signature entrees, combination platters and desserts, such as flan and sopapillas. The bar menu includes house margaritas, imported beer, call drinks and wine options.
