The facility will be located on 8 acres, with 15,000 square feet of indoor wellness and lifestyle amenities, 3 acres of outdoor amenities and 1,200 feet of lakefront shoreline reserved for residents, according to the news release. Developers have described it as the first standalone Ritz-Carlton condominiums in Texas.
