The fitness center, located at 9000 Six Pines Drive, Shenandoah, began construction in late 2021.
The new Life Time is Shenandoah’s first athletic country-club-style facility and the largest Life Time facility in Texas, featuring:
- A fitness floor with cardio, resistance and weight training essentials
- Indoor and outdoor pools
- Five indoor pickleball courts
- A basketball court
- Hydrotherapy suites with sauna, steam rooms and cold plunge pools
- A Kids Academy with programming for children age 3 months-11 years old
Life Time Work is a coworking space that includes private offices, lounge spaces, conference rooms, a library, solarium and an outdoor patio. A separate membership is required to access these amenities.

“This endeavor for me has been a homecoming; I get to come back to a place where I've grown up, experienced, lived and bring the amazing experiences of Life Time to this community.” said Clarence Latson, senior general manager at Life Time Shenandoah, who has been working with the company for six years. “Whether you are 12 years old, 4 years old, 50 years old, there's something inside of this country club that can impact and change your life for the better.”
Latson says he looks forward to impacting the community through the Life Time space and helping people live a “happier and healthier life.”
