Project: Life Time Shenandoah will offer indoor pickleball courts, fitness studio classes, a workout area, a spa and child care services.
Update: Work on the facility by Life Time started in late 2021 with completion anticipated in late 2023.

3. John Cooper School athletics building
Project: The three-story building aims to accommodate physical education, athletics and alumni activities for the John Cooper community.
