Work continues on the current phase of Cathedral Lakes, a 150-acre mixed-use development near I-45 and Spring Creek. The development has completed multifamily residences, medical resorts and a Lexus dealership. Leasing agent Scott Covington said more retail and office spaces are anticipated in the future.
