Multifamily complex Ariza Gosling is nearing completion and anticipates to open for residents by the end of January 2021. According to developer Cypressbook Development Company, floor plans will range from 685-1,077 square feet and will feature a variety of amenities. Floor plans range from one- to three-bedrooms. Construction started on the complex in September 2019.
