Each month, Community Impact Newspaper highlights several commercial and residential developments under construction in The Woodlands area. In June, a new apartment complex opened near Grogan's Mill Road.
The Mill Apartments
The Mill Apartments, located at Grogan’s Mill and Sawdust roads, opened in late June. The 201-unit apartment complex features one- and two-bedroom apartments with amenities including washer and dryer units. The developer for the complex is Allen Harrison Co.
The percentage has been slowly falling since reaching a high point above 50% in early July, according to data from the Southeast Texas Regional Advisory Council. Public health officials in Harris County have said they want to see that number below 15%.
The menu at Sugar Britches Cafe features familiar breakfast items alongside exclusive items like the Cajun- and Middle Eastern-blended Southern hummus plate and cake batter pancakes.
