Construction on a Hyatt House Hotel in Metropark Square in Shenandoah is proceeding on schedule. According to developer Sam Moon Group, the hotel was 52% completed as of July 21, with the roof finished, curbs set and window installation completed on the first, third, fourth and fifth floors. The hotel is anticipated to be completed around March, according to the developer. Covered parking for the hotel will be available at the nearby parking garage.
