Work is progressing on the construction of a Regal Theater near Birnham Woods Drive and the Grand Parkway. Crews on-site said the building is anticipated to open by late 2020, and information from developer J. Beard Real Estate Co. states the complex around the theater will open in the first quarter of 2020.
