Birnham Woods Marketplace is on track to open in September near the intersection of the Grand Parkway and Birnham Woods Drive in Spring.
Anchored by a Kroger Marketplace location, 85 percent of the 67,200-square-foot retail area is leased, said Eric Walker, Capital Retail Properties managing partner.
