Crossroads Square at Creekside Park, a new 4-acre lifestyle center, is nearing completion at the intersection of Kuykendahl Road and Creekside Forest Drive.

Lake Investment Group, a real estate development and investment company headquartered in The Woodlands, is developing the project which is 80 percent leased. The 30,000-square-foot development is just north of the new Creekside Park Village Center.

The 30,000-square-foot development features five buildings and was designed to provide a diverse selection of restaurants and convenient services to residents of The Woodlands and surrounding communities.

Confirmed tenants include a CHI St. Luke’s Health primary care facility, Coffeeshop Company, Fuddruckers, MW Cleaners, Refuge Bar and Bistro and Twin Liquors. The tenants, which were handpicked by Lake Investment Group, are expected to open by mid-fall.

“Crossroads Square has excellent access and includes multiple points of entry from its four bordering streets,” said George Lake, founder of Lake Investment Group. “The project has been designed to serve not only Creekside Village, but also the entire west side of The Woodlands as well as the large population that resides both south and west of us.”

The site will also feature a pedestrian-friendly piazza, central valet service and covered walkways. Restaurants will be situated in the piazza with covered, outside dining areas.

Lake said The Woodlands Development Company will handle the landscaping for the site from the street curb to the property line, planting miscanthus grass and trees.

Since the opening of the Creekside H-E-B, Village Green retail and surrounding schools in Creekside Park, the location has become much more vibrant, Lake said.

“We believe that people in the surrounding areas are ready to experience what Crossroads Square has to offer,” he said.
