National brand 1-800 Water Damage opened in a new office in Spring in partnership with Belfor Franchise Group, according to a news release sent out April 15.

Specializing in restoring damage to homes following any type of flooding event, the new franchise location is operated by Rashad Kennedy and Shan Wilson.

“Shan and I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the restoration industry, and felt that now was the ideal time to go into business with a respected name in the industry,” said Rashad Kennedy, co-owner of 1-800 Water Damage of North Houston, in a news release. “Since we have always specialized in water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire and smoke remediation, we felt that 1-800 Water Damage was a perfect fit."
