The cafe is now open within the lobby of 9950 Woodloch Forest Drive, Howard Hughes announced March 7. The coffee shop also offers items such as avocado toast, burritos, bowls, smoothies and pastries in addition to its coffee and drink selections.Clarifeye Total Eye Care

A new vision care and eye treatment center held a grand opening March 18 in Shenandoah. Clarifeye Total Eye Care held a soft opening in January but has officially fully opened for all visits, said Dr. Kim Lam, head doctor over the practice.


The Shenandoah location is the second opened by Lam, with the first location in Conroe.Aspire Allergy and Sinus

The dental facility opened in Shenandoah following the approval of an ordinance variance from the city of Shenandoah on Feb. 14.

According to officials with Aspire Allergy, the new location will provide a variety of dental and allergy medical services.It's a Secret Med Spa

The med spa offers professional and aesthetic services, such as laser hair removal and dermal filler. Med spa treatments include injectables, lasers, facials, body shaping, sweat reduction and skin care.

LAM


Howard Hughes and LAM officials said there are plans for LAM to open in Hughes Landing this summer. LAM carries home decor, sofas, club chairs, ottomans, pillows and lamps. The luxury boutique furniture store’s new location will offer a 9,200-square-foot retail store located next to Postino, across from Whole Foods Market, officials said. According to a LAM news release, the Hughes Landing store will mark the third LAM location in the Greater Houston area.Jersey Mike’s

The national sandwich chain Jersey Mike's will open in the Pinecroft Center and provide a variety of sub and sandwich options for customers, according to the release.Celebree School

The facility serving pre-kindergarden and kindergarten-age children will open in a 15,000-square-foot space on a 3.5-acre lot off Kuykendahl Road. A groundbreaking will be held April 18, with the school to open in the near future, according to the school administration.Relocation

Alden Bridge Presbyterian Preschool


The preschool will be relocating from The Woodlands to a location providing 5 acres for exploration and larger classrooms, according to a news release.BlueSprig

The facility providing applied behavior analysis therapy for children with autism, previously located along West Lane in Magnolia, is relocating to Tamina Road. The new location is 5,040 square feet and will have 11 total staff members, representative Amanda Rooney said in an email.Expansion

Sweet Paris Creperie & Cafe

The cafe, which opened in Market Street in The Woodlands in 2019, is expanding into an adjoining space. Signs in the business state the expansion began March 11. The cafe serves sweet and savory crepes as well as coffee, desserts, soups and salads.In the news

The business is celebrating its 10th anniversary May 1. The location offers preventive care by searching for the root causes of health issues, and uses natural methods to achieve optimal health and prevent disease, according to the website.Wright Eye Care Center

The eye care center is celebrating its first year serving The Woodlands on April 3. In honor of the anniversary, the eye care center is holding special promotions throughout April on prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses, officials said.The Rotary Club of The Woodlands

The nonprofit will be taking over the annual "Into the Woods" Halloween fundraising effort from The Woodlands Charity group, according to a March 18 news release. Founded in 2016, the event raised money for a variety of Montgomery County-based charities, including the Rotary Club of The Woodlands, Yes To Youth and Texas Children's Hospital The Woodlands.Texas TreeVentures

The outdoor adventure course is celebrating five years of operations in 2024 following a new expansion in the Rob Fleming Park and Convention Center. Originally opened in 2019, the outdoor course provides the beginners and challenge courses for aerial climbing.

The bar and dining venue announced on social media the business would officially close. Local Pour opened in 2015 as once of the first businesses along Restaurant Row at Hughes Landing in The Woodlands.Kangaroo Forest

The owner of Kangaroo Forest has decided to sell the school in Spring and retire, according to a Feb. 26 email. The school hosted summer camps and offered child care services.Worth the trip

Angel Reach

Officials announced the organization has a new executive director. As of Jan. 15, Daniel Alexander is Angel Reach’s executive director, following the retirement of Jean Radach. According to the release, Alexander was previously the operations leader for the South-Central division of Young Life, a faith-based nonprofit ministering to middle school, high school and college students. Angel Reach is a Montgomery County nonprofit focused on meeting the needs of youth ages 16 to 24 who have aged out of the foster care system.
