Blo Blow Dry Bar is a salon that offers various hair and beauty services but specializes in blowouts with add-ons, such as deep conditioning, head massages and color treatments. The salon also includes beauty services, such as makeup, lashes and brows.
Cassandra joined Community Impact in November 2022 as a local education reporter for Montgomery County.
