White Fleet Abandonment, established in 2020, is a group of companies serving as oil and gas operators, according to the news release. They provide operational expertise and access to Gulf of Mexico Shelf assets for jobs relating to drilling, completion and abandonment, according to the release. The expansion will bring approximately 50 jobs to The Woodlands through its partners.

Lake Front North consists of two Class A office buildings on Lake Woodlands at the northern edge of Hughes Landing, according to The Howard Hughes Corp.
