However, more homes were sold than in March, when 210 homes were sold across five local ZIP codes, per the data.

Data shows three of five local ZIP codes saw fewer home sales year over year, with ZIP code 77478 seeing the largest percentage decrease in sales at 24%.

Of the five, ZIP code 77498 in Sugar Land was the only market that saw a year-over-year rise, increasing 41.67% in that time. ZIP code 77479 remained consistent year over year with 69 home sales.
