Sugar Land’s Parks and Recreation Department will host virtual activities and classes each day July 26-31, according to a July 16 press release from the city. This online summer series coincides with National Park and Recreation Month.

During the week, Sugar Land residents are encouraged to safely celebrate summer and share their experiences using the hashtag #WeAreParksAndRec.

The week will end with a virtual concert from local band Counterfeit and online performances from speed painter Visual Paint and dance group Tropical Rhythms.
