New Year’s resolutions to get healthy are often quickly broken, but that could be due in part to where people live when they make them. In its analysis of the country's 89 largest metro areas, www.care.com, ranks the Houston-The Woodlands-Sugar Land metropolitan statistic area as the fifth worst place to live for keeping New Year’s resolutions.

The region ranked 82nd for healthy environment, 74th for healthy bodies, 70th for healthy diets, and 79th for healthy minds, according to the study released Jan. 9.
