Oct. 1-3: Fort Bend County Fair & Rodeo
The Fort Bend County Fair & Rodeo began Sept. 24 at the fairgrounds in Rosenberg. The event includes livestock and rodeo shows, a farmers market, a crawfish boil and a barbecue cook-off. The Fort Bend County Fair Association will also award $4,000 in scholarships to high school seniors. Free (children age 5 and under), $5 (children ages 6-11), $15 (over age 11).
