Stafford taco stand TJ Birria Y Mas has opened a more formal restaurant concept in the Sienna community, owner Jesse Esparza said.

La Cocina De TJ opened in July, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in Missouri City.
Esparza said everything is made from scratch at the Mexican eatery—the coffee beans are ground fresh, the tortillas are handmade and the agua frescas are made with seasonal fruits.
