Austin Point, a 4,700-acre master-planned community in Fort Bend County by The Signorelli Co., will introduce 421 homes from nine different homebuilders in its first phase of development, according to a Feb. 5 news release.

The details

According to the release, the homebuilders in Phase 1 of Austin Point include:
  • CastleRock Communities
  • William David Homes
  • Drees Homes
  • Westin Homes
  • Perry Homes
  • Ashton Woods
  • Newmark Homes
  • David Weekley Homes
  • Beazer Homes
Homes in the first phase range from 1,300 to 4,500 square feet on lots ranging from 35 feet wide to 70 feet wide, according to the release.

The 421 homes in Phase 1 will include a mix of home styles, including farmhouse, contemporary and Texas ranch style, according to the release.

The first phase will also feature The 1824, a 2-acre social hub, according to the release. The 1824 will have a 2,800-square-foot building featuring a cafe, a wine bar and a covered front porch.

The 1824 will also include:
  • An outdoor concert and event lawn
  • A children’s play area
  • A food truck court
  • A beer garden

About the project


The Signorelli Co. broke ground on Phase 1 of Austin Point in September 2023, Community Impact reported.

Located south of Rosenberg at the future extensions of Fort Bend Parkway Toll Road and the Grand Parkway, Austin Point will be able to support more than 50,000 residents once fully developed and will include over 17 million square feet of commercial space, according to the release.

What’s next?

Model home construction is set to begin in April, with home sales projected to begin in late summer, according to the release. Residents are expected to move into homes later this year.
