The LaVance at Telfair, a new shopping plaza, is opening in Sugar Land this year.

Commercial real estate agency New Regional Planning is leasing the property to these five businesses, which are set to open in 2024:

Starbucks
Genova Nails
Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse
Floor & Decor
Independent Bank

These properties are still under construction, officials from New Regional Planning said.
