Sugar Land's Citadel Office Park developers have announced the addition of two medical tenants as the project nears completion.

The specifics

Vice President of ICO Commercial Danna Sossen said that out of the eight units under contract and several more pending, confirmed tenants of the development include:
  • Endocrine & Diabetes Plus Clinic of Houston
  • Southwest Nephrology Associates, LLP
The confirmed tenants will occupy 5 units. Upon completion, the development will feature a total of 31 office units, each approximately 1,250 square feet.

Positioned at the intersection of Hwy. 6 and Hwy. 90, Citadel Office Park offers convenient access to major thoroughfares including I-59, Hwy. 99 and Beltway 8, Sossen said.


The location places tenants within close proximity to a variety of amenities such as restaurants, banks and hotels. Nearby neighborhoods include Alkire and Venetian Estates, Greatwood, Telfair, and New Territory and Sugar Land Town Square, offering extensive retail, dining and professional services.
