Retro Fitness will open its second Greater Houston location at Keegan’s Meadow Shopping Mall in Stafford.

The fitness company, which operates more than 200 locations across nine states, is known for its high-value, low-price approach, focusing on innovative fitness programs, state-of-the-art equipment and an inviting atmosphere, according to a Sept. 22 news release from the franchise.

Retro Fitness offers members access to group classes, personalized training, red light therapy, a smoothie bar and a space for relaxation and recovery, per the release.

“Our clubs are designed to help people live their best lives, whether that means moving better, fueling smarter or simply finding a supportive space to focus on themselves,” Retro Fitness CEO Andrew Alfano said in the release. “We’re looking forward to making fitness more accessible than ever.”
