EoS Fitness, a Dallas-based fitness organization with over 100 gyms across California, Arizona, Texas, Nevada, Utah and Florida, is coming to Sugar Land in 2024.

The 51,000-square-foot development will be set at the intersection of Williams Trace Boulevard and Hwy. 6. According to the company’s website, the gym will include cardio zones, free weights, strength equipment, a “back-yard workout” area, a recovery room, a functional training area, a sauna, a kids club and “MOVIEoS,” a treadmill room that plays movies over a projector. The gym is also expected to offer fitness classes as well as access to personal trainers.

Rates for EoS fitness gyms typically start at $9.99 a month but vary by location and level of subscription. Additionally, gymgoers are charged $49.99 every year as an “annual rate guarantee.” The Silver Sneakers program is supported by EoS fitness. www.eosfitness.com
