RE/MAX Traditions of Richmond merged with RE/MAX Fine Properties of Sugar Land on Nov. 1 at 4500 Hwy. 6, according to a Nov. 15 announcement.
The merger brings the combined RE/MAX Fine Properties under the leadership of broker and owner Nimesh Patel. Angie Middlebrooks, the owner of RE/MAX Traditions, now serves as Managing Partner of RE/MAX Fine Properties, leading the brokerage's recruitment, training and retention programs for new agents.
