Construction is underway on Champion Drive to upgrade the road from a two-lane asphalt roadway to a two-lane concrete paved section between FM 1960 and Cypress Creek. The project is on track for completion this spring, said Pamela Rocchi, director of Harris County Precinct 4’s Capital Improvement Projects Division.
