Island Fin Poke Co. plans to open a new location in The Shops on Gosling at 24345 Gosling Road, Ste. 120, Spring, this November. According to franchise co-owner Matt Gustafson, this is the first of three franchise locations planned to open over the next two years in the North Houston area.

The Hawaiian-style restaurant will allow patrons to create their own poke bowl by choosing from eight proteins, more than 25 toppings, house-made sauces and specialty mix-ins.

According to Gustafson, patrons will enjoy locally and responsibly sourced ingredients, and the farm-to-fork eatery will feature a beach-shack environment. 832-310-0261. www.islandfinpoke.com
