Charming Charlie is making a comeback and opening 15 new stores in March, including a location at Willowbrook Mall in Houston. The retail clothing store, which operated locations across the U.S., filed for bankruptcy earlier this year and closed all of its locations, including a store 6915 FM 1960, Houston. The store is known for its color-coordinated in-store setup of clothes, shoes, jewelry and other accessories. www.facebook.com/charmingcharlie
