Construction for Chasewood Crossing Three, a class A office building located at 19350 Hwy. 249, Houston, was completed in November. The building is now nearing completion for interior improvements and expects the space to be ready for tenant move-in in January.

The building has already hosted events since completing construction, including a Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce business showcase event on Nov. 7.

Among others, future tenants of the six-story, 156,000-square-foot building include Old Republic National Title Insurance Company; JRMA, a design firm; NCS Multistage, a technology and services company; and Securitas, a security company.

Chasewood Crossing Three is one of eight office buildings that will comprise Chasewood Crossing, a 30-acre green office park development.
