Owner Caroline Omori told Community Impact Cadalawn Health & Wellness Clinic opened its doors on March 23 and is now offering services to the surrounding Cypress community.
“Cadalawn Health & Wellness Clinic was created to be.. a space where compassionate care, wellness, and meaningful connection come together,” Omori said. “It is my hope that every patient who walks through our doors experiences healing from the inside out.”
What they offer
Omori said Cadalawn Health & Wellness Clinic is a faith-based cash-pay family wellness clinic currently serving patients age 7 and up and offering:
- Direct primary care
- Sick visits
- Wellness exams
- Chronic disease management
- Women’s health services
- Weight loss support
- Telehealth visits

- In-house testing & lab services
- Preventive and routine rare
What else?
Omori said as a family nurse practitioner she has spent over 15 years serving low-income and underserved patients.
“Over the years, I have seen how high insurance costs, large deductibles, and rushed healthcare visits make it difficult for patients to receive the support they truly need,” Omori said. “I chose the direct primary care model because I believe healthcare should be more personal, relational, and healing-centered.”
In addition to clinical care Omori said she is passionate about emotional and mental wellness coaching and believes the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—is vital for lasting wellness.
