According to a Feb. 23 news release from the health care provider, the expansion allows for significant growth of specialty care, including the addition of radiation oncology, palliative care and behavioral health, as well as added capacity in cardiology, gastroenterology, urology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, pulmonary and dermatology.
Officials with Kelsey-Seybold Clinic first announced the expansion of its Spring campus in March.
"Kelsey-Seybold Clinic has built a name for itself around making quality care more accessible. We believe that patients who have fewer barriers to care are more willing to engage in their health care," said Dr. Muhammed Nathani, co-managing physician of the Spring Medical and Diagnostic Center. "With this expansion now open, we're making it easier for our patients to get high-quality care that is available to them close to home and work."
The Spring Medical and Diagnostic Center now spans 172,000 square feet of clinic, diagnostic and treatment space, including a 12,000-square-foot expansion of the first floor and a new 28,000-square-foot addition on the south side of the building, per the release. 713-442-1700. www.kelsey-seybold.com
