Two Spring ISD trustees are up for re-election this fall but will be running unopposed, according to candidate filings posted on the district’s website.
In a nutshell
SISD board Vice President Winford Adams Jr. and Assistant Secretary Rhonda Newhouse will be running for their trustee spots—positions 4 and 5, respectively—on Election Day on Nov. 7.
- Adams and Newhouse were last re-elected in November 2020 after running unopposed.
- Newhouse and Adams began serving on the school board in 2014 and 2017, respectively.
