Fatima’s Pupusas & Snacks is now open in Spring, according to a message from the business owners. The restaurant serves Salvadoran-style cuisine, such as pupusas—stuffed griddle cakes made of corn flour—and tacos as well as breakfast dishes. Fatima’s is owned by Fatima and Samuel Velasquez.
