Per previous Community Impact reporting, Bleu Phoenix Kitchen opened in 2015. The family owned restaurant is known for its oysters, offering a variety of cooking methods including fried, Rockefeller and charbroiled.
Per the website a few menu items offered include salmon tacos, fried oyster tacos, jumbo shrimp and seafood gumbo.
