After six years in business, Fu Manchung’s former owners chef Taylor Chung and Paul Van Trung have decided to grant ownership to another family. Trung said the new owners include sisters Chloe Nguyen and Ashlyn Nguyen, who will be taking the lead up front of the house for customer care services, while their parents, Chau Nguyen and Linh Nguyen, will handle the kitchen duties and cooking. The restaurant will be keeping its same name and menu. Menu items include Vietnamese dishes with a hint of Thai and American inspired dishes, such as pho, fried rice, milk teas and wings.

“We would like to sincerely thank all our Fu Manchunger's who have supported us since we opened. We ask that you continue to support this new family locally owned business,” the previous owners said.
