Alliance Residential is constructing Broadstone Gosling Oaks, a new apartment community, as the first residential portion of Newman Commercial Real Estate’s Gosling Oaks mixed-use development project, according to an Aug. 24 news release. The housing development will occupy 14.64 acres of the 50-plus-acre Gosling Oaks development on the southwest corner of Gosling and West Rayford roads, according to a news release from Newman CRE.

Alliance acquired the multifamily parcel from Newman CRE and is developing Broadstone Gosling Oaks independently, according to the release. The community will feature close proximity to the retail and restaurants part of the larger mixed-use development in addition to walkable green spaces and relocated live oaks.
