Elixir Lounge celebrated its grand opening Sept. 3 with live music and hula dancers, according to management. The mocktail tiki bar
serves booze-free drinks such as iced cream teas; hot teas; and holistic kava teas, which are brewed from the Polynesian plant of the same name and are traditionally served in coastal bars.
