Tonkotsu Ramen Shop celebrated its grand opening Nov. 8. The shop is located in Vintage Marketplace at 10111 Louetta Road, Ste. 800, Houston. The eatery offers build-your-own ramen along with its signature noodle options. It is the sister company of U’Maki Sushi Burrito.

“All broths are made from scratch and simmered for a minimum of 24 hours with our executive chef bringing flavors direct from Japan,” owner Byron Lee said.
