WorkHub Developments will host a groundbreaking ceremony April 27 from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. for its new 57,990-square-foot facility in Spring, officials announced in a news release April 5.

Founded by CEO Roberto Valenzuela and Chief Financial Officer Alfredo Amparan, WorkHub Developments is based in Magnolia and offers flexible warehouse and office space. The company has seven locations, including one under construction in Conroe.

“WorkHub is a unique concept designed to meet the needs of businesses looking for office/warehouse space of 2,000 square feet or less,” Venezuela said in a statement. “We know this is an underserved market, and our company is tailored to meet these needs. But we want to take it further, not just the space, but make a center to help businesses grow with value-added services such as access to banking facilities, shared assets such as forklifts, marketing training opportunities and even investor opportunities—much like an incubation center for entrepreneurs to take their businesses to the next level.”

According to Amparan, all WorkHub locations offer ample parking, skylights and extra insulation to help save on utility costs, and full turn-key property management services.

The new Spring WorkHub facility will be located at 3340 Spring Stuebner Road, Spring. 832-521-5404. www.workhubusa.com
