According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, Mavis Tires & Brakes is bringing a new location to the Spring area.
Some context
The New York-based tire and brake shop filed plans with TDLR officials on Feb. 4 to construct a new facility in Spring. Per the filing, the project is estimated to cost $1.2 million and span 6,205 square feet.
As previously reported by Community Impact, Mavis Tire & Brakes offers tire and auto services such as tire repair, balancing and rotation; wheel alignments; brake repair; exhaust and muffler repairs; and oil changes, according to the company’s website.
