Uptown Cheapskate will hold a grand opening Feb. 27-March 2 with giveaways throughout the weekend. Officials said this will be the largest location in the Greater Houston area.
The store buys and sells on-trend styles for up to 70% off retail prices, including activewear, dresses, graphic T-shirts, jeans, jackets, purses, shoes, shorts, skirts and tops.
