Owners Kyle and Cyndi Griffin announced the closure of their business, Red Top Bakery, via a Facebook post Nov. 19. Located at 6402 Louetta Road, Spring, the family-owned bakery first opened in February 2019 and boasted more than 60 rotating cheesecake varieties in addition to cheesecake bites, cookies, pies, breads and breakfast items, including cinnamon rolls, muffins, scones and kolaches. www.facebook.com/redtopbakery
