All Pearland and Friendswood ZIP codes saw decreases in the number of homes sold year over year. However, all but one ZIP code in Pearland and Friendswood saw an increase in the average home sale price.

All ZIP codes saw less homes sold in from June 2019-May 2020 than June 2018-May 2019.

Average days on the market

All ZIP codes saw homes last on the market longer than the year before, but only marginally. The difference between how long homes sat on the market from June 2018-May 2019 and from June 2019-May 2020 is a week at most.

Average home sales price

The average price of a home increased year over year in all ZIP codes, with the exception of ZIP code 77578.
